Tailor Safaris is committed to a policy of fair trading and great care is taken to see that you have a successful Trip. 

All of the arrangements for your Tour are governed by the conditions below which must be read before you sign our booking form

Deposits and Payments 

A deposit of 10% is required on confirmation of your booking and the rest of the payments should then with our accountant at least before arrival. Failure to adhere to these conditions, may result in the booking not able to be honored by Tailor Tours And Safaris Ltd. 

If the booking is cancelled by a client within 21 days of arrival date the deposit will be forfeited. 

Payment can be made in Pounds or US Dollars to our United Kingdom account.

Insurance. 

All our Tours are insured with the England travel and public liability. 

Alterations of the safari. 

We will do our utmost to provide the holiday arrangements that have been confirmed however should there be any of changes by our clients, this must be communicated in time to allow any modifications that could be required . 

In such circumstances we will inform you as soon as possible and, should the change be such that it alters the nature of the holiday, we shall offer you the choice of an alternative trip or a percentage of all monies paid. Cancellation and “no show “ 

In all cases cancellations are only accepted when received in writing at the Tailor Safaris Reservations office. 

Government taxes or Hotel fares 

Should the Government or Hotel fares increase or institute new taxes we reserve the right to alter prices accordingly to cater for such changes with a notification as of 2024 itineraries .
